Whether or not your career is in education, what happens in your Citizen-funded, publicly-owned schools is paid for by your property taxes and other taxes--and often by bonds that put your community, state or nation in unnecessary debt.

What happens in Las Vegas campuses and every campus in the nation does NOT stay in Vegas--it has a direct impact on your local property tax rate, your overall cost of living and your family’s quality of life.

If you choose to think that your community is safer and better educated than it was in 1960 or whenever you were in school, then just pretend not to know about this site, tell lies to yourself as you look in the mirror and believe the passionate words of those who want to preserve the status quo and their power over you--while, ironically, they talk about 'change.'  We’re all entitled to our own opinion but not our own truth.  Facts are facts.

The problems in our classrooms become the problems in our streets and city halls and Congress.  Some people benefit by making sure those problems continue and they won’t like this site.  The strategies and recommendations here will be met by hysterical shrieks and denial and maybe even attempts at censorship and racemongering, like good little fascists.  Great! They will thus expose themselves as being the very people who want no MEANINGFUL change--they are the elitist fat cats who benefit from the messed-up status quo.  FOLLOW THE MONEY.

Don't listen to those who fear that you might actually read something and start to think and act on your own.  Fear not!  Be courageous.  Cowardice is not becoming for you.  Denial and ignorance are not the problem.  Speak up for the downtrodden and for what’s right. This site will help you do just that, quick and easy.  You will only  agree with 95% of what’s here but you need to be aware of all 100% -- share it and discuss it.

This site is a TOOLKIT for the mind and heart.  It’s designed to print out a page at a time to hand out as flyers--and to email a hand-picked page to people who don’t know this information. The page titles automatically become the email Subject Line for you.  Find a page to send to each of your friends and send it.  Each page attempts to MAKE PERSONAL what you and your family and friends have personally at risk in the great battles of right and wrong, truth vs. lies.  A call to do what’s right and beyond that, benign, enlightened self-interest. When truth wins, good people  win.  Get the truth out.  Click on a few pages on this site with your email address book handy.  Send your friends a quick email.  Make some phone calls, leave messages if needed.  The web site name is easy to remember and spell.

Each page is designed and intended to help communicate to education-minded people and others about a specific important topic.  Some pages have information that is very hard to find--or has not been seen in its proper context.

One other thing.  If you have a private email account, use that, not a school account.  Employers do have some rights to monitor employee computer use and, to paraphrase 1984, Big Campus Brother is probably watching you.  If you don't have a private email, you can get a good non-advertising (no ads and your information is not sold or traded) at the ISP page.
