The term ‘evolution’ is a recent development. It is often used incorrectly. It is often used unscientifically. Evolution is a theory, not a science. Science is replicable and can be proved. A child doesn’t evolve into an adult. A child matures, with additional inputs including food and teaching. Growth ensues by design of the unique DNA. A complex system of computers doesn’t evolve into a more complex system. It is developed by systems analysts, programmers, systems architects and others who add intelligent inputs and new resources. The concept of evolution itself is a matter of faith, not science. Whether or not one believes in a Supreme Being is a matter of belief, not empirical proof.
