Pedagogues and Pedophiles are MUCH too close for comfort.

Pedagogue,  n.  A teacher; especially a pedantic and dogmatic teacher.

Pedophile, n.  An adult who ‘loves’ a child in a sexual way.

Teachers are sworn to protect children.  Pedophiles prey on children. Most teachers are safe--but some ‘teachers’ are pedophiles!  News of teacher/student sexual relationship is now all too common. How can that be possible? 

Younger Children:
Decent adults must be aware that young children are very impressionable and trusting of their authority figures.  While most teachers are highly conscientious and trustworthy with your child, some of these teachers deliberately create ‘cognitive dissonance’ in students with “moral dilemmas” and other brainwashing techniques that by design have false premises or evil prerequisites.  In such confusion, they can take advantage mentally as the moral authority--and then physically molest the child or persuade them to do something with another person.  Watch for any new secretiveness or inappropriate behavior and know your child’s teachers well.

Older Children
Older children are abused in a different way:  They are now being seduced.  They are provided with detailed sexuality information, given textbooks that show color photographs or lifelike airbrushings of genitalia, led in lighthearted co-ed discussions of the subject matter to relax inhibitions, typically in co-ed classrooms, arousing curiosity and decreasing resistance using peer pressure.  They are provided with information on HIV and STDs and condom use and provided with knowledge that they can get condoms and abortions.   In the midst of this, children may develop some sexual interest in their teacher and/or other classmates.  Approval by the teacher as a ‘favorite’ can be intensely attractive to a child who is lacking encouragement and acceptance at home. 

The teachers who prey on children often had a similar painful childhood--but NOW THEY ARE ADULTS and both expected and sworn to protect children--and to report abuse.

Removal of abusive teachers often takes much longer than it should.  One reason is that as long as the teachers are on the job or paid “administrative leave” their dues payments to the union keep on coming in.  But it is very clear that unions may have an agenda beyond just money and those who prey on children may be advancing the union agenda. Maybe not.  But just maybe.  Check THIS out.

No wonder the teacher unions are so allied with the ACLU, which is often representing NAMBLA and other organizations.

Oh, it's for the children all right--but not in the way you and their parents would hope.  Teachers, you don’t have to risk your very soul by staying forever a member of a child-endangering union.  In many states you can resign from the union and still keep your job RIGHT NOW.  In a day when more and more parents are aware of these problems, you don’t want to be an accessory to the fact.  Union insurance or not, you don’t want this blot on your conscience and you don’t want your family wondering why you didn’t take a stand: Criminal and Civil suits against teachers, districts and unions are no doubt going to jump sharply - LINK.  Here is a valuable site for more information on the procedures needed to get out of your union, no matter what state you’re in - LINK
